BGR! U (Black Girls Run University) is an inclusive 10-week training program for women of all fitness levels. The training program helps women achieve their running goals, from completing their first 5K to training for a marathon. BGR! U has top-notch coaches who will bring motivation, nutrition guidance, and the gear they need to help achieve their running goals. The training program hosts weekly masterclasses to educate its participants on various topics fitness, nutrition, health, goal setting, and more. Participants will also have the opportunity to attend weekly office hours with the trainers to check-in and ask any questions. This BGR! U program provides each participants access to trainers, shoes, clothes, and giveaways during the duration of the program, but participants selected will get this all for FREE!
Previous Program Success
This training program graduated our first cohort of 150 women in June 2020 sponsored by Kellogg! We hosted two virtual graduations for our participants. Our most recent cohort included 100 women from across the United States.
