Return Policy
We hope you love what you ordered. If you need to return an item to us for any reason, please read our return policy below.

● Returns are accepted within 28 days of delivery. ANY RETURNS RECEIVED OUTSIDE OF THIS TIME-FRAME WILL INCUR A 50% RESTOCKING FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please note that we do not process exchanges. If you want to replace an item for a different size or color you will need to place a new order.

● We will refund you the amount at which the item was purchased, minus the cost of shipping. This includes sale items.

● If a product is defective or your order is incorrect, we will refund your shipping charges so that you can return it to us for free. Once we receive it, you will be issued a refund so that you can purchase another item.

● All returned items MUST be unworn, unwashed merchandise. All goods will be inspected upon return. We try hard to accept all returns, and returns to us don’t need to be in the original packaging.

● The original packing slip must accompany all returns.

● Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account once they have received the refund from us.

How Often Do You Ship? 
We ship Monday-Friday. Orders usually take 7-10 business days to arrive; allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world. Email us if you want to place an international order to avoid confusion and to ensure that we charge the correct amount.
