Let’s kick off 2021 on the right foot – be kind to ourselves and others!
For 31 days, you commit to running or walking for at least 30 minutes every day and doing something kind. We ask you to record your workouts or just make it a thing you keep track of yourself. At the end of the 31 days, you finish the month of January with a 5K, 10K or Half. Register today!
