If you are using our WALKB4URUN training plan, you should now be in full BEASTMODE now! You have done so much more than you ever thought you could. Are you ready for more? Well the time has come. You are going to kick it into full gear this week. By day 3 you will be running for 12 minutes straight… TWICE!!! Your confidence level should be through the roof.
By now you should have registered for your celebratory 5K. Tell your friends and family of the date because you may want them to cheer you in at the finish line. Trust us, YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

Tip of the week: WALKING
Just because you’re training for a 5K doesn’t mean you are banned from walking. If you need to walk, then walk! But don’t stay there. Use that time to recover and get your breathing under control. Once you feel you are ready to run again, RUN! Even marathoners walk from time to time.
