I started my fitness journey in 2011 when I reached a weight of 220 lbs. My blood pressure was spiraling out of control I knew I had to take my like. I started the c25k with my husband then I added Zumba and it happen I met a awesome group of ladies called BGR lol. I started walking with them and then running I even added Bootcamp classes. I was hit with a bomb in 2012 after all of my exercising I was doing I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes ughhhhhh. I was not going to let it beat it. In 2013 I lost a total of 45 lbs and I beat the diabetes. I'm no longer on bp or diabetes meds. This journey has been amazing and there is no stopping me now. This is my new Lifestyle and I'm enjoying every min of it.
