The 21-Day Clean Eating Challenge with Danielle Omar, RD

 

Is it time to break free from unhealthy eating?
Do you see limited results from fad diets?
Do you wonder if certain food sensitivities are preventing you from losing weight?
Do you struggle with cravings that sabotage your efforts to eat healthy?
Would you like to feel more energy throughout the day?

    In this course, you will cleanse your body of processed foods, sugar, gluten, dairy and other foods that keep you from feeling your best.  You will discover which foods give you energy, support your digestive and immune systems and reduce your waistline, and the foods that make you feel drained, bloated or weighed down.

    No doubt, it's hard work - but what you learn about yourself is worth the effort.

     

     

    What will it take?

    • Weekly grocery shopping and prep work - you may need to visit a grocery store that focuses on catering to gluten-free diets, like Whole Foods or Fresh Market. You will cut out gluten, dairy, alcohol, caffeine and processed foods for three weeks.
    • You'll need a blender or food processor for morning smoothies.
    • Openness - get ready to try new recipes and foods you've never tried before. Don't worry, they are still delicious!
    • Patience and endurance - you may feel very badly for the first week as you detox off of coffee, alcohol, gluten and so on.

    But here's what you REALLY get. By the end of this course, you will -

    Danielle Omar is a registered dietitian based in Fairfax, Va.  She advises clients on nutrition plans, and maintains the blog Food Confidence that helps people make healthy eating a part of their lifestyle.
