Sweat With Your Sole Expo and Post Race Booths Available

BOOTHSPACEBooth space at the Black Girls RUN! Expo and post race party are now available. Booth available are as follows: Exhibit Hall Booths Exhibit hall booths are located in the center of all the action. Booths are positioned in the same space as the BGR! Store, Event Sponsors, and Race Packet Pick up. Booth Description: Each booth is 8' x 10' and comes with 8' high back drape, 3' high draped side rails, one (1) single line exhibitor ID Sign, 6' L x 30' H skirted table, two (2) side chairs, and one (1) waste basket. Booth set up: Thursday, September 5th from 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm, and Friday, September 6th from 5:30 am - 7:30 am at The Westin. Shipping of booth materials is not included in the price. An email will be sent with instructions on shipping booth materials. Exhibit Hall Lobby Booths Exhibit hall lobby booths are located just outside the Exhibit Hall. There will be plenty of visibility by thousands of conference and race participants. Booth Description: Table-top booth with ID Sign, 6' L x 30' H skirted table, two (2) side chairs, and one (1) waste basket. Booth set up: Thursday, September 5th from 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm and Friday, September 6th from 5:30 am - 7:30 am at The Westin. Shipping of booth materials is not included in the price. An email will be sent with instructions on shipping booth materials.
Outdoor Race Day Booth Booth Description: Outdoor race day booth includes a 10' x 10' space, 6' L x 30' H table, and 2 chairs. No optional services will be provided. Price does not include shipping of materials. You are responsible for bringing your booth materials to your booth.Booth load in is 5:00 am - 6:15 am. The post race party begins at 7:30 am until 10:00 am. *Note: You can bring a 10 x 10 tent but you cannot put stakes in the ground to secure it as they are not allowed on the greens.
